> Be a METHODICAL thinker - if you’re not fond of routines and discipline, and you don't like details, this is NOT the position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day. Each call presents its own challenges, but you must be comfortable following a ROUTINE and SCRIPT.

> Be COACHABLE and looking to LEARN.  If you think you're ALREADY a superstar and don’t know how to take constructive critique, this is NOT a position for you. So, if you're not open to GROWTH, DO NOT apply.

> Have high INTEGRITY. That means being able to say NO when someone is not a good fit for our program, even if this means you are losing possible commission. Doing the right thing for our business and our clients HAS TO be MORE important to you than making a sale.

 > Have the RIGHT attitude, positive, willing to learn and be coachable, and have some sales experience.

> Be LOYAL

> Be willing to take 5 calls a day - we are looking for people who are available full time and able to work some weekends.

> Have reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis.

> Have strong interpersonal communication and client care skills.

> Be willing to provide references.

Here are some specifics about this position:

You will be able to work a flexible schedule from any location, provided you are able to take the minimum number of calls per day.

You will be fully trained by us, and will need to be available for 3 meetings weekly - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 60 minutes each.

You will use our conference line to take the calls and record them, and then share the recordings with us for training purposes.

You will be accessible via Voxer throughout the day for check-ins and team communication.

You will earn unlimited 5-10% commission sales, paid out bi-monthly. We do not pay hourly. With the OPPORTUNITY to raise that % as your enrollment ratio raises!
